 It was after school and Marie had detention. It was pretty stupid actually. She had lost her way in the school AGAIN, and so she missed class completely. The professor equated that with skipping, so as punishment, he gave her detention. She had been assigned to clean the classroom top to bottom. And leave it to Stein, her crush, to end up alone with her. He had stayed after too, but only to work on some school work. Lately Spirit had been bringing Kami over to their home, so Stein said he couldn't concentrate with their flirting in the background.

"AAAH!" Marie cried as she darted under a table and covered her head. She coughed and sniffled in fear.
"Wh-why does my partner have to be gone now…I'm all alo—Ah!" she screamed again as another loud cracking sound came from outside. Marie whimpered.
Then there were several knocks at the door.

You laughed at his seemingly everlasting cheerfullness and zest for life. "Yeah I know. It has been a while."

"Come in come in! I'll get you something to drink right away. It's hot during the summer after all!" the Spaniard said before rushing off into the kitchen.

You smiled at the familiar warmth of Spain's home. Sure it had been a while since you had visited but it almost felt like your second home. Antonio was practically family to you and he was more than delighted you felt that way.

You could feel your chest becoming tighter than usual and your heart aching. "A music party?"

It was so quaint, the little invitation you held in your hand; it looked like something fresh out of a fancy catalogue. You carefully examined the intricate designs gracing the cardstock. The elegant cursive font swirled invitingly on the front of the card, drawing you in and already giving you the feeling of the elegant even to come. Opening the invitation delicate wisps of embossed blue curves bordered the paper's edges. Yes…very nice indeed. What struck you as unusual though was the envelope it came in.
